Refund & Return Policy

Fragrance Bodega

At Fragrance Bodega, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before submitting a request.


1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Factory-sealed and in original packaging

  • All labels, seals, and tags intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
This fee is waived only if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances, beauty, or personal-care products

  • Items with broken seals or signs of use

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: You are responsible for the package until it is scanned by the carrier. Please keep your drop-off receipt.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Required documentation:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Inner and outer packaging

  • Shipping label

Once verified, we will resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
No restocking fee applies in these cases.


7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval

  • A 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted

  • Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us for assistance.


9. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Only use the return label we provide

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility

10. International Orders

For international returns, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the merchandise value only.
