Fragrance Bodega

At Fragrance Bodega, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders using USPS Ground, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on the destination and package size.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed


Shipping Delays

Fragrance Bodega is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or transit issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events outside of our control

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is determined by the shipping provider.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fragrance Bodega is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Reach out to us so we can assist with next steps

We are happy to help, but Fragrance Bodega cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
